During the conference, please contact an associate at the CE kiosk. You can also send e-mail using the Contact Us link on the left menu bar.

A customer service person will reply to your request within 1 business day, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm eastern time, excluding holidays.
NOTE: The system will close for data entry approximately one month after the conference. Official closing date will be posted on the CE Home page for each meeting. All participants must have submitted their final records by that time.
Instructions
You may submit records from ANY computer with Internet access, during or after the conference, until the system closes.
If you registered on site, you may not be able to access the system until your data is loaded into the CE system. This takes approximately 24 hours.
To access the online CE system:
- Enter your email address and your last name to log in. If the system does not recognize you, try the search function.
- Select all of the professions you want a certificate for, including if you are interested in a non-credit bearing statement of attendance.
- You may SAVE your file and return to it at any time to add more sessions or make changes, through the system closing date.
- You may use the DRAFT CERT function from the CE Summary Screen at any time to preview a draft of your certificate.
- Only when you have selected all the sessions you attended for the whole meeting and are ready to generate a final certificate, click on the FINISHED button. This will lock your records and generate the final certificate. After completing this process, you will not be able to make further changes to your CE record.
- You will be able to either print your certificate from your desktop or select the option to have a PDF e-mailed to you.
- You may log back into the system at any time in the future to print a duplicate certificate using your Email and last name.
Printing Problems
This web system is optimized for use with current versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari. If you cannot print your certificate, it might be due to pop-up blockers on your browser. You will either need to email a PDF of the certificate or you will need to change your settings to allow pop-ups for this site. To do so, please follow these instructions (using the menu bar at the top of the browser):
Windows browsers:
Internet Explorer: Go to Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Pop-up Blocker Settings. In the ensuing window, type "pesgce.com" into the field at the top and click Add.
Firefox: Tools>Options>Block Popup Windows. Make sure this option is UNCHECKED. You can also select the option to add "pesgce.com" as an allowed site.
Mac OS X browsers:
Safari: Go to Safari>Block Pop-Up Windows. Make sure this option is UNCHECKED next to the line item.
Firefox: Go to Firefox > Preferences > Content. Make sure the "Block pop-up windows" option is UNCHECKED. You can also select the option to add "pesgce.com" as an allowed site.
